First time I've used a Fitness center in my long life and all the equipment struck me as quite intimidating at first at first sight. But thanks to your friendly staff and clientele, and a very knowledgeable trainer, Natasha, I have been guided into a well-rounded personal fitness program that I am enjoying. And with so many equipment options, I never have to wait for something to open up!

The classes are excellent, and cover a large range of individuals' age and fitness. There's a large number of well-maintained equipment and the facility is never very crowded.

I really, really L♥️VE the classes and the instructors. I never get bored with the routines. The instructors are very knowledgeable about what we as seniors need to practice and improve on. They are very competent and really want to help us to improve on our health! There’s a good mix of classes and times.
