Perhaps the nicest gym on Carson
Weight room is cramped. Cardio level is pretty cool but not many treadmills. Very small amount of resistance machines as well. The pool is awesome, very spacious and kid friendly.
5 Stars — The Ivy Gym: where the mats are clean, the vibes are caffeinated, and we somehow show up at 5AM like it’s a normal thing humans do. Shoutout to my workout buddy for dragging me out of bed when I was emotionally committed to quitting fitness forever. We crushed it, complained the whole time, and somehow still high-fived at the end. Muscles? Sore. Spirits? Questionable. Regrets? Zero.
Great facility with indoor track, basketball court, gym, indoor pool, sauna, etc.
