I called Will to do an assessment on a car we just bought on Craigslist. He answered the phone right away and was responsive to my questions. He scheduled us quickly and was able to come out to do a full inspection. He was thorough and answered all of our questions and helped us prioritize the repairs needed. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. We will use him again for future repairs.
