Will was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I tried replacing my own drum brakes by just watching YouTube videos and giving it a shot. It didn't go well, I couldn't get them to stop properly. What can I say about Will that hasn’t been said? Came from Cali to visit family and the Denver mountains did my brakes/rotors in due to ignorance of how to drive in them. What did Will do? Well, he was upfront, reasonable, friendly, professional in his approach. Not only did he replace my warped rotors and brakes in 45 minutes but he also provided knowledge on how to drive through the mountains and what not to do and what to do to reduce wear and tear on them, all the while providing his goodie experience.
