Had an appointment for 1:30 got passed over twice with people that came in after me. Started my service at 2:00 then she did half my service then went to someone's pedicure.
Beautiful fall cat eye color and fun unique design, plus the staff was very friendly and fun to work with
Got me right in and endings was very polite and communicated well. She fixed a couple nails that were mishaped by the last place I went. I'll be going back to Ivys. Lots of color choices also.
