I walked into this place, and they saw me and they didn’t even ask want I needed. Instead, they right away said, “no can do” too busy, come back another day. I got to this place at 5pm, then they said, “wait time three hours”. Tech Ruby was very rude. The staff is not welcome at all. Rudest places, I’ve even been to. I will never go back nor recommend this place.

Imagine spending $90 on nails only for multiple nails to start lifting and popping off like press-ons after just 8 days! I called the salon, and they told me to come in so they could fix them. But when I got there, the tech told me I needed a fill… girl, what?! It’s Gel-X, not acrylics! Now my real nails are damaged from all the lifting, and my hands look terrible. Their only solution was for me to pay again to have them fixed? Absolutely not! Use better products and provide better customer service. I will never return here ... read more
