Went to get a refill and everybody was tired, should have closed up early, IM NOT LETTING NOBODY SLEEPY TIRED DO MY NAILS LOOKING CROOKED! Nope

Shocking experience. I don’t think the lady had much/any experience. I left needing to go for another wax. To add to it, while I was getting my wax done, twice people walked into the room while I was mid treatment. I would NOT recommend getting a wax here

It seems to be hit or miss everytime I’ve gone. Sometimes my fill lasts a while, other times it chips immediately the next day. This past time took the cake with both the pedicure and manicure person telling me my nails and toes weren't well taken care of by whoever “I used to go to”, meanwhile I’ve only been going here all summer. They said someone drilled them too much because they were very thin and brittle. I was excited for Ivy Nails to open but very disappointed with the services. I have gone 3 times and won’t be going back. I’ve had pedicures that have lasted longer than a week. The polish is chipping after 4 days. I recently had a full set and lost 3 nails after 8 days!!! They were bulky and the polish wasn’t smooth. The quality of the products are poor and the technicians don’t do good work. I have had someone different each time so it’s not just one or two of the staff.
