Went in for a relaxing massage for the first time. No one asked me any questions of what i wanted done and how hard / soft. I ended up getting the toughest massage of my life. I was in pain during my massage and vocalized it and was told, 'no pain no gain'. My Body is still sore from having elbows stuck on tender parts of my body along with stretching and squeezing every inch of my body. I have sciatica and herniated discs but no one bothered to ask.
