Do not leave your family members here, they leave them wet for 8 hours plus, a resident recently died from negligence when she fell over and broke her hip. Staff just wants your money and they will get it no matter what . Pagers do not get answered as well. Management does not care , cook does not use gloves and the food is for dogs . Owner is in his 60s scratches butt before washing hands . Please think twice before sending your loved one here .
My mother has been here for 2 months and she is receiving spectacular care. Mom absolutely loves it here!!!! The staff is very friendly. Great Activities, loves the food, friendly residents! absolutely would recommend this place!
Loved working at ivy manor, and caring for the residents wouldn’t mind going back..
I love Ivy Manor's staff. Very Nice people willing to bend over backwards. Vicky does agrear job cleaning up ivy Manor's. Food is wonderful and the nursing competent. ImI deeply satisfied. Five years later, I'm still impressed with the Quality of care. My mom passed away there& she was taken care of till the end !! Wonderful ******* P
