The practice closed without notice, and we have been unable to reach anyone to get our medical records. This has resulted in my wife and I who both used this practice, to not be able to get our medication that we need to do our jobs. The announcement of the transition of services was handled extremely unprofessional, without care or respect for unexpecting patients. I, along with my pharmacy, called the office for two weeks straight to get my prescriptions refilled. No response from anyone. I receive a text message on 1/8/24 saying as of 1/1/24, the doctor no longer accepts insurance and I will have to find a new PCP.
