I went into the store to show an expensive houndstooth purse strap that was hardly used and a gift for my daughter in-law that became separated from the backing. The strap was hardly used and the inside backing had no marks nor was abused. The owner basically said she would not or could not help since it was a year old and she doesnt sell that product anymore. My favorite boutique! I cannot say enough good things about Ivy House - from their clothes to everyone who works there. Their clothing is beautiful and amazing quality. I have been going to Ivy House for years now and every piece of clothing I’ve purchased is still in perfect condition. Everyone who works there makes you feel like a friend, is unbelievably sweet, and is eager to serve you and help you find the perfect outfit for any occasion!
I can’t possibly name all the wonderful things that is Ivy House Boutique and the ladies that work there! But here’s a start- about 75% of my closet is Ivy House! The girls at Ivy House Boutique are the best! They’re always so quick to drop what they’re doing to help me find exactly what I need, give honest opinions, and make great recommendations. They’re so encouraging and genuine, and I always leave feeling even better than when I walked in — they’re all such lights and make shopping so fun! They truly have something for every occasion.
