The lady who answers the phones and make calls is disrespectful. Smart mouth and cursed at me on the phone when I was asking a question. Who ever owns this office needs to pay for some customer service classes for her.They lucky one is the lowest star I can’t give because even one star is to much
I will not be returning to this office for ANY work at all, not even a cleaning at this point.
I will not be returned to this dentist for nothing and I will not be recommended anyone anymore the dentist have to go a very rude Young rough and inconsiderate person
I went to this place yesterday to have my wisdom tooth taken out and it was my first time, so I was a bit nervous. But the team make me feel so comfortable bottom line of the story is the worker and the doctor did a fantastic job.
I’m really not someone who just goes around leaving bad reviews online, but this experience was borderline traumatic. Only Ronnie showed empathy & knew how to deescalate a situation, she even talked me through my procedure. As for the rest of staff: off-putting, rude & overall unconcerned.
