I have no insight on the business, but their driver is reckless! He literally swerved across 3 lanes to make a turn, he ran me off the road in Belleview at 4:30 PM. I was in the car with my 2 small kids, had to pull over because he wasn't stopping! I have video of this as well! He should not be allowed to drive - especially a commercial vehicle, Horrible & reckless Driving!
I have to file a complaint against Ivy H. Smith, company damaged my main water line and then fixed it but my water bill sky rocketed and they don't want to take responsibility I have pictures of their damage and where they dug at and damage they did. Nick Stated this wasn't on them. I guess they damage things and don't take responsibilities. Rude and careless. Will be providing more images to the insurance company.

Do NOT under any circumstances hire Ivy H. Smith for any work or services. They busted our grounding wire that was clearly marked with a cone when they were digging, scraping or driving over it and outright refuse to pay for damages. They completely deny that they could have done it when they are the ONLY ones who have been out to the property doing work.
