This review is directed toward Mr Townly, an employee of the Ivy Group. Mr Townly did a poor job and took every opportunity to bill my sister regarding the project. At the end of the day, his ‘analysis’ was nothing more than a solicitation for him to act as a engineer/consultant moving forward on the repair of the project. He was very clearly hired to diagnose the deficiencies found at the time of the inspection to protect the homeowner(my sister) in any future litigation that may come.
