Do not recommend. Management runs as a poorly run operator. Not resident focused or compassionate. Lots of turnover. Deferred maintenance.
House of horrors! Incompetent licensee, owner. Matt Posselt is incapable of running company. High staff turnover. My Mom lived there until she got bed sores from months of neglect and abuse. My Mom in an ambulance to ER...... not a journey we expected. Shameful! PS: in case owner responds to this. I’m telling the absolute truth. I’m with my Mom in hospital now. These other reviews are bogus. You can’t have 5 star ratings in a home such as this! Do your homework before making decision.

Ivy Glenn has been such a savior with my loved one. The care is phenomenal and they make the family and resident feel right at home.
