I came to Ivy Glam and I have to say Katherine blew me away. She is so sweet, professional, and dedicated to her work. As someone who has been looking for a new nail tech I have to say she completely won me over. She made sure my nails were perfect and I really appreciate the time she took because my hands needed a LOT of work. I am absolutely obsessed with her work and she has gained a new client in me! I had such a great experience with Hong Mai She was super professional and made me feel really comfortable, especially it was my first time getting waxed,she did an amazing job and the results are perfect, and it was way less painful than I thought!

This is my go-to spot, I’ve always had the best experience and loved my results, but today I had a disappointing experience. I am giving a 2 star just because this is my favorite salon. Before my appointment, I confirmed I was scheduled for a manicure, pedicure, and full face wax. During my manicure, two technicians looked at my hands, pointed, and spoke to each other while looking at me before anything had really been done.
