I’ve been here about 6 times between this location and the Hampton location. Both beautiful and give the best deep French pedicures. On the higher end but can be worth it depending on who they give you. Now the customer service I would give 7/10. They are always friendly to the customer but it’s not necessarily relaxing. I love this nail salon Katherine has been my nail tech for a year love her! Nena just started doing my toes she does and amazing job every single time love this place!!

I absolutely adore Ivy and the Salon. The customer service is what makes us establishment so warming and inviting. The decor is beautiful and the salon is always so clean. They truly are the most professional team I have seen and I will not go anywhere else for nails and waxing.

It was an okay experience..as ‘luxury’ it is, you would think their would be more guidance but their wasn’t. YOU had to ask questions as you go, I would rate my experience a 4/10 it’s definitely focused on the environment then the customer experience. My first & LAST time!
