Dr. Mcquirter this is Lori Waddell-Piersall and I was just seen in your office and I could not be happier with your care. You were very thorough with your exam. My labs came back not so great and your staff gave me your instructions until will meet again for a full physical. Your staff went above and beyond to reach me regarding several different things, like referrals, prescriptions, my mammogram results and to make sure I followed the proper diet instructions due to my lab results. The doctor is friendly. The actual follow up with important diagnostic results and labs were absolutely unacceptable. I received a call saying I had an abnormal mammogram and go for an Ultrasound. I was terrified. I requested to talk with the Doctor it never happened. After this I attempted a quick us .. but that wS also communicated to me incorrectly. I showed for an appointment to find out it was actually 2 diagnostic that needed to be completed. I called back the office it took a week to straighten out. I had my tests don... read more
The doctor was amazing But already, booted out of her care over insurance I received a call from her staff that I needed an " emergent" "ultrasound" after my Mammogram results came back. I was speechless and asked if she was going to speak to me. I was told NO!!!! I was told a referral was being placed and call the next day for confirmation. Jasmine said the referral was sent.
