Please take business else where if you can. The billing department failed to verify my insurance in my last visit 6 months ago. I came here often and assumed that they did run my insurance as they did before. In my last visit, I was not told anything about insurance’s coverage before the dentist took me back. After my visit, they said my insurance did not cover and made me pay $1054. The front staffs and billing ppl were not professional and did not do their job well. I definitely had a good experience with my dentist, he completed two painless root canals for me, he was engaging and polite. On my last visit they did not verify my insurance before sending me back, then hit me with a 800+ bill. Later after going over all my bills I discovered the ladies at the front double charged me for a crown. when I bought them back the receipts to get a refund they told me they had to contact corporate. Outstanding. I had an emergency situation. They were able to see me at 11:00 on Monday 3/27/23. I loved the way Dr. Lawand treat me with courtesy and respect.
