I was so glad that I visited the website of Ivy Custom Tile. Their website was very helpful. I was doubtful at first about providing my information over the internet. But the staff at Ivy Custom Tile was so helpful and assured me that my information would be protected. Just a few hours later I had my estimate. They still wanted to come out and do a follow up. I want to thank you for all the time you spent with me in your shop putting tile combinations together until we found something that worked exactly to my liking. Your emails, phone calls and faxes were always appreciated and kept me up to date on progress as well as delays on the manufacturer`s end. When you said you would call, you called. Very professional with extraordinary attention to details.Very affordable services. Initially, they have supposed to do only the dining and living rooms.I was so pleased that I asked them to redo my entire basement!!
