Great people, quick service.
I have nothing but good things to say about the care, this rating is based on the billing. This group did not accept my insurance (United Healthcare) so I paid cash. Was told my office visit would be xx at the time I inquired and was later billed 3x that amount. If they would have been honest regarding cost I would have just went to my physician in Auburn.
After my first time visit, I am compelled to leave a review.....I can't say enough about the service that I was provided. From the registration, examination, diagnosis, treatment plan, to the check out.....everything was executed promptly, thoroughly, professionally, and compassionately. I was very sick and am now on the mend....thanks to Ivey Creek Urgent Care.
Had to make a visit while on vacation. What an awesome place and staff. Mrs. Cathy and Danielle went above and beyond. Wish we could get this type of care, service and fast resolution in Florida. Tks again
