Had to make a visit while on vacation. What an awesome place and staff. Mrs. Cathy and Danielle went above and beyond. Wish we could get this type of care, service and fast resolution in Florida. Tks again
I never take the time to leave a review but Mike NP and his staff were so accommodating to me this past weekend. I walked in close to closing and they still registered, triaged, treated, and discharged me in about 30 minutes. My injury was not severe so this amount of time was appropriate! Not once did I feel rushed, and everyone was so sweet and helpful even when I was a patient walking in at closing time! I would recommend this medical facility to anyone who needs a walk-in clinic. My family has been there on two occasions and we were treated within minutes. The receptionist, doctor and nurses were kind and helpful. They listened and treated us well. Thank you Ivy Creek Urgent Care 🫶🙏
The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. I walked in and had to wait less than 10 minutes.
