I was at urgent care Dadeville at 4:42. Receptionist could se me gripping the car as my husband went in for wheelchair. She told him it was 4:44 and they had seen the last patient for the day. Hours are listed as 5pm closing. What has happened to caring at a care facility.
Great people, quick service.
I have nothing but good things to say about the care, this rating is based on the billing. This group did not accept my insurance (United Healthcare) so I paid cash. Was told my office visit would be xx at the time I inquired and was later billed 3x that amount. If they would have been honest regarding cost I would have just went to my physician in Auburn.
After my first time visit, I am compelled to leave a review.....I can't say enough about the service that I was provided. From the registration, examination, diagnosis, treatment plan, to the check out.....everything was executed promptly, thoroughly, professionally, and compassionately. I was very sick and am now on the mend....thanks to Ivey Creek Urgent Care.
