The staff was great, however, wait time was bad. The “actual” doctor was truly awful . He lectured me on what I should say to him when I was sick. I told him “I believe I need an antibiotic” because I had flu symptoms for several days. He then began to lecture me for about five minutes on how HE was the only one who KNOWS what I need, and not to ask for anything from him. He proceeded to give me exactly what I told him to give me in the first place, because obviously, I know MY body better than he does; I digress. Truly awfu... read more
Dr. Windham is a great Physician she is caring, patient, professional get testing done, send you to specialists when needed. She operates with excellence I recommend her highly as a family physician all of my family sees her. We Love her
Doesn't really matter now that they decided to close the location. Dr Kalter was great and actually made me not mind having to go to doctor. But then he left no one bothered to let me know. Then they went down to 2 days a week and never answered the phone or responded via email. Then I get a random call that hey we are closing the location but please consider driving 30 minutes away to go to another location.
Does not deserve a star. Walked in to an empty waiting room to have the individual at the reception window ignore us. Went over to the worker’s comp window to ask if we needed to check-in at that window instead and we were referred back to the girl who ignored us. She proceeded to rudely ask what we needed and if we had been there before. Then pretended to go ask the on-site physician if he/she could fit in a walk-in. Sign says "walk-ins welcome" but they don't have any availability for walk ins. Lady at the front desk was rude. Not really an "urgent" care like they claim, don't waste your time go somewhere else. Theres a reason they have 3 stars
