Ivy Creek Dental Care provides excellent professional service.
When everything is normal and fine, like normal yearly checkups and cleaning there is no issue. However, warning bells should have gone off when they were so aggressive on upselling various treatments and protections. I had an accident where 3 teeth were chipped. They said I needed 3 crowns. I was suprised, since one was a relatively small chip, but I'm not a healthcare professional, so I thought I should trust them. Very professional staff, very thorough care and I am so glad I found them! Yes I recommend going there for Dental Care.
Patty and Dr. Patel were amazing, Patty was very patient and kind. If you do your paperwork prior to your appointment, your wait time won’t be as long. My appointment was for 3, showed at 2:50 and was pulled back by 2:58. Overall 10/10 you won’t be disappointed. Vanessa in front desk was very sweet and funny.
