As someone with white coat syndrome who gets very anxious at doctors’ and dentists’ offices, I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. Adele at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly reassuring, even though I arrived about 15 minutes late. She let me know everything was okay and that Dr. Patel would still be able to see me, which immediately eased my nerves. I had a great time with the initial reception and the cleaning, the staff were friendly and kind. The issue comes with the business aspect, months after my visit i was billed an additional $20 when I called to ask the purpose of the bill I was sent to voicemail three times and never followed up with to this day. They also informed me they would refer me to another professional which they never followed up on. A very kind group of people but my experience with the communication has been sub-par.
Dr.Patrl and her staff were great . I had a cleaning, that went well, I needed fillings to protect my teeth . They explained everything and actually had me come back same day for the procedure.
