What a great experience working with IVY, they framed our project and tied into the existing house flawlessly even when engineering issues came up. Love the way the guys handled themselves with the other trades in order to get the house covered before the rains came.
Ivy Contracting has completed numerous projects for our Homeowner Association, ranging from repairs and replacement of deteriorated siding to enclosing an exterior flat roof overhang with recessed lighting, along with the many other projects that routinely arise in an HOA community. Tim and his team are true professionals. They communicate clearly, perform quality work, and consistently complete projects on schedule and within budget.
Ivy Contracting was recommended by my realtor for some renovations on a home I just purchased. I had new flooring installed throughout most of the house; it was done well, efficiently, and at a good competitive price. Most importantly, Tim was great to work with— pleasant, good communications, willing to listen and offer constructive suggestions on the project. Ivy and Tim will definitely be on the top of my list for future work.
