Tim has completed several home construction projects for us. These projects include: completely revamping the drainage system in the crawlspace , tear down of 18 foot fireplace and rebuild,building shelves and mantle. The construction of a cabinet and oven installation. There are a few not mentioned. His bids were always very competitive and complete. Ivy Construction is my first choice. Tim’s timeliness, communication and work quality are all top line.
If you’re looking for a general contractor, seriously look no further. We’ve used Tim, the owner of Ivy Company, for almost everything in our house and I truly can’t say enough good things about him and his team. Tim really knows his craft.
