Sarah did a fantastic job getting our our apartment ready for our first Airbnb rental. I know the guests are going to feel very welcome when they come in and see all the sparkling surfaces! It was reassuring to know that the place is going to be in really good shape for our first guests.
The house is spotless and never looked better. The team needs a checklist to go through at the end of cleaning. The checklist will enable the team to do a quality check and make sure everything was completed to the best of their ability on the list. The lead person on the team must, at the end of cleaning, do a spot check of all the work and have the team complete what was missing.
