This place is BEYOND any practice I’ve been to. From the aesthetic to the community the entire experience nourishes my body kind and soul in a way only fellow Ivy fam will understand. I was optimistic at first but hold your thoughts till you try it out first and be open . Just Wow !!!! this isn’t your old school crack your back place. At IVY you will experience a reboot of your soul, mind and nervous system. After my first two sessions i have felt so many sensations of overall joyfulness and happiness of tears .
