Non of the charging ports work and is out of service. Customer service won’t even pick up the phone and when they do “sorry it’s been down for a while “
None of the chargers worked. Poor cell service for payments as well

2x 100kw charger. Both work, but somewhat slow. Active power is only at 34kw on a bolt EUV. No wait (Friday morning 9:30)
