The Ivy chargers at this location are unreliable. Even when the app shows them as available they often don’t work and need maintenance service. Another frustrating experience today. The app said both chargers were available. On arrival one is in use and the second one is not functioning, won’t start after 3 tries. I called the 1800 number to request that they reboot the charger. The person who answered said “that charger has failed this morning 90% of the time, I don’t think rebooting will help, it needs a service call”. He ... read more
All stations were marked available on the website, showed up with high hopes, only to find out 3/4 were not working, and the 1 was in use. Please make your website more accurate so people don't get stuck like this. Customer service said no one will be coming to fix it today. If you can't provide a service then don't advertise it.
Easy to find not busy at all and pricing is also reasonable. Very fast chargers. They have total 4 fast chargers on premises
