Traveling from Toronto to Ottawa, I was desperately low on charge due to the fact all IVY stations at the ONroute on the 401 were in use. When I arrived both stations were down and after calling Customer Service learned that no ETA for a fix could be promised.
Traveling from Toronto to Ottawa, I was desperately low on charge due to the fact all IVY stations at the ONroute on the 401 were in use. When I arrived both stations were down and after calling Customer Service learned that no ETA for a fix could be promised.
I have been to this charger three times, twice now the charger got stuck (would not release) in my car and would not charge my car. And this time I had a truck parked in the second bay. Icing the location. I Waited on hold for support for 20 minutes before managing to get the charger to release, giving up and driving to Ottawa to a different station.
One of the best places to charge.
