Dr. Panchal is an exceptional cardiologist. The first day I met him I was having severe cardio-gastric symptoms and various doctors were trying to investigate the cause. It was discovered after several imaging and symptom recognition that it a severe case of diverticulitis, something I shared with Dr. Panchal on my fist visit. Dr. Panchal was friendly and professional and thorough. He wasn't in a hurry and took time to talk with me.
I would like to express my concern regarding the service I received during my medical appointment. I arrived on time, but had to wait over 35 minutes without being attended to. Since I needed to return to work, I approached the front desk to ask if it would be possible to reschedule my appointment. The receptionist informed me that it was possible, but that I would have to pay a $50 USD “cancellation” fee — even though the delay was not caused by me, but by the clinic.
