Penny is super patient, gentle and helpful when taking my neurodivergent children to the audiologists for various tests. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, I chose my father’s side of the family very poorly. Genetic hearing problems run there. Penny is friendly, empathetic, and personable, so I feel comfortable, understood, and cared for because she offers comprehensive diagnostic testing and management for my lack of hearing, especially tinnitus in my case.
