The therapist kept leaving the room to assist with phone or people coming in and would leave the room door Wide open every time she left. I booked a back massage for my son and when I picked him up they had him In a private room for a full body massage instead. Was trying to explain to her that that's not what we signed up for and she kept pointing to her phone but she was trying to say she didn't understand. I haven't t been back since.
I have been twice both times were great. Today they got me in very short notice to book an appment it was easy as a text I have been working so hard over the holidays and have a very physical job it was very relaxing and soothing prices very reasonable. Thanks again ivy see you next time
