This place is one of the worst. The rent is high and there is no manager on site. If you have an emergency, good luck to solving the problem on your own, even have to pay a maintenance service out of your pocket.
Only come here if you want to be ROBBED by the owners. These apartments have change managers about 8 times, and I have only lived here for a couple of years. Since the change on owners, they have gone from bad to worse. Rent increases everywhere, and not only regular rent but PARKING Rent it started as a $5 per month which is not bad now they are trying to increase it to $45 per month I actually laugh when I read the notice. Great place for a Family to walk .
Clean, great location (close to campus), friendly management (quick to respond to small issues). Glad I found this place while at CSUN.
