Jess is an incredible hairdresser who makes you feel so welcomed into the salon. She takes great pride in what she does. Couldn’t recommend a better place to go!
Poor colour result and no refund offered - only a colour correction. However, after the poor result I didn't feel comfortable going back for a colour correction and would have prefered a refund instead. Due to their strict no-refund policy, that wasn't an option. I would not recommend.
All the ladies at Ivy and Ritz are lovely and do a beautiful professional job. Excellent colourists and always a beautiful cut. Prices are very reasonable aswell. Highly recommend!
Jess did such an incredible job on my hair and my bridesmaids' hair on my special day. It's always nerve-wracking to entrust someone with my hair as it's extremely thin and fragile but Jess went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and beautiful. Her ability to work with all types of hair, even thin hair like mine, which can be a challenge to style was impressive.
