It was an amazing experience. My nurse was absolutely wonderful kind and knowledgeable.
My infusion was the BEST experience ever in over 5 years of getting infusions. This place exceeded my expectations. The nurse was ideal, she got my IV in one try. Normally at UF Health Infusion in Gainesville, they have to stick me 6 plus times to get my iv in. Loved this as my first experience — thanks a million. I’ll be back in six weeks!!
The facility and staff are wonderful. You were greeted with a friend, friendly face … they have an area with a variety of snacks, cookies, chips, protein bars, etc., coffee, a variety of teas and refrigerators with waters, sodas, energy, drink, etc. they take you to your room which is private where they have two very comfortable recliners and a large TV with a variety of TV apps… They go out of their way to make this experience, just as comfortable as possible.
