Everybody is told the professional knowledgeable and treat people like a king. I give five stars because of their professionalism and how great the operation runs.
I’m consistently blown away by the kindness and professionalism of the staff at IVX Health. The front desk team always greets me politely and offers a drink or snack before I’m brought back. The private rooms are spotless and comfortable, with reclining leather chairs, big couches, TVs, and plenty of space to relax. I’ve received infusions at several IVX locations, including Sunnyvale, San Mateo, Fremont, San Ramon, Miami (FL), and Wilmington (DE), and every visit has been the same.
