Always a pleasure when I go to IVX. All staff are very pleasant and kind.

I have been going to IVX in Clarksville for over a year and a half and generally find my experience to be top notch. Unfortunately my most recent experience was disruptive. I receive monthly treatments and one of the main reasons IVX was recommended to me by my physician was the peaceful environment. There is an employee who sits in an office who is a loud speaker anyhow yet you add a phone call on speaker with the volume turned up was a bit much. Ever since my husband's first visit years ago, we have greatly appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of all of your staff members: from the lady who handles check- in and appointments, to those who administer and monitor the IVs. While it's unlikely that anyone enjoys "the monthly needling", we are grateful for your services and find the level of care received to be exceptional. Professional, supportive, kind. They know their stuff and will discuss treatment and symptoms. Also admit if don't know something instead of false hope or possible misinformation. They make you as comfortable as they can, physically and emotionally. I'd definitely recommend.
