Awesome clinical staff/nurses
I have had many infusions in hospital settings and honestly I was surprised at how great this great this place is. The staff was friendly, my nurse Lauren was awesome. She made me feel so comfortable and made sure I had everything I needed throughout the whole infusion. The room I was in was so nice and big, I had my own little room with a huge couch for my guest, the recliner I was in was very comfortable and their blanket was a nice warm actual blanket, not a hospital sheet. I feel like I’m at the “Hilton or Marriott” of an IV infusion center. The ladies are so gentle, compassionate and caring. And they’re very good at finding my small, moving veins on a first time basis which isn’t an easy thing. They have excellent healthy snacks and drinks for us to enjoy during the infusion. But what I love the most is the privacy you have having your own room with a door and a tv to enjoy. I have a compromised immune system so I like having my own private room with a door not curtains. Thank you IVX!!
