The young lady that did my infusion was very professional and very personable. Like always. It was a pleasure to be there.
They are always so kind and sweet, and even when I cry because I hurt there always there to help me feel better, and Teresa at the front desk she is such a sweetheart and me and her have actually become besties lol (also the snacks and drinks are to die for lol, even with medicine that messes with your taste buds!!!!!!)
I have been going here since 2024 and the staff I have had interaction with has been amazing. They are courteous and polite which, let’s face it, is really hard to find anymore. They offer me a drink and snacks before my infusion which works great for me because I forget to eat before going sometimes. Briarcliff has my back! Nice suites, nice atmosphere, quiet, great people! Definitely recommend!
I went to this infusion center for several years and all of a sudden they just told me they would not take me anymore. No explanations no sorry about that and then I found out that they no longer take Medicare patients. They have to keep a nurse practitioner or a doctor there when there's a Medicare patient and they are not paid as well so they no longer take Medicare patients in Missouri
I was very impressed! This was my first visit at this facility. People were outstanding. So happy I now have a place close to home.
