Ricky was, as usual, very professional, helpful, and kind. My infusions take quite a while, and he, as well as each of the employees there, make it as comfortable as possible. As a patient with multiple health issues, as well as major chronic pain, I am very grateful to anyone making it a more comfortable experience!

I received my first injection in March for xolair at the Lee's Summit IVX Health facility, and I was pleasantly pleased with the warmth and kindness that I have received. Everyone that I have encountered has been wonderful. I was given information on what to expect and given the opportunity to ask questions. I would recommend this facility. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
Everyone was very friendly, especially the nurse that gave me my infussion, Demi. As soon as I got there, they started working on my infussion. And I was out of there in short time. She hit my vain first time. Very pleased with my experience with them. Thank you IVX Lee's Summit, MO.
Demi was the best. Makes getting an infusion a pleasure. Someone give her a raise.
