Iwo is an amazing guy to work with! He was very prompt, knowledgeable, well equipped (for a mobile service), modestly priced, and above all; a genuinely caring technician. Cannot personally recommend anyone better to call if you're broke down and need help. He helped me pin down my freightshaker's electrical gremlins, and got this Columbia back out to work.
