I'm from Cali and when I moved to Charleston I kept looking for an artist that was good enough to do the same quality of work that I had gotten done back home in San Fran and heard about Joshua from a friend. The quality of the tattoos he has done on me are actually better than the work I have from 4 different artists and I love them! I'm amazed by the man! He is now the only person who will ever tattoo me and I would recommend him to everyone.

I just got my tattoo done here by a guy name Joshua. its so freaking badass I can't even believe that a person could make a tattoo look this great on skin. perfect lines and smooth solid color. Im so happy with my tattoo I could walk on clouds. super cool guy too.

Dennis does an excellent job, if you go to this business request him. However, the owner did my last tat and it is a disaster. The lines are shakey, the whole thing is crooked, the color doesn't come all the way to the edges, he is VERY heavy handed and drilled way too deep in most areas, and in other areas he barely left a mark. Within an hour when I took the paper towel bandage off, my skin was bright red and burning. I left the place with an infection- there is no way I did that to myself. Ivory Tiger is the only place in Charleston to go if you want a tattoo. I stick with Dennis, but all of their work looks great to me.

I went to Ivory Tiger Tattoos after shopping around for a minute. I have only found one man qualified to tattoo me. A man by the name Bubba Long. He does freehand work which is just what I was looking for. Not just something off the wall that somebody else might be sporting on their arm. He freehand drew a massive dragon all over my arm and onto my back. I have gotten nothing but compliments from his work. His hand is a little heavy but the art is amazing. I strongly recomend going to Ivory Tiger Tattoos in Summerville.
