I had a GREAT experience from the beginning to end. I was hesitant that I’d never find the perfect dress and feel comfortable in it but thanks to the Ivory Row team, I found my wedding dress and feel 1000% more confident! The ladies in there make you feel even more beautiful and comfortable which was really nice! It’s been a family tradition at this point to come to ivory row when we are getting married and they have not failed us, we plan to keep doing business here for years to come🤍
Had an appointment scheduled, when we arrived there was no room ready. Once given a room name on the board was wrong, after pointing it out staff still wouldn't correct it. Told go look through dresses with close to no guidance. Staff said we had to switch room because we were given the VIP, after we had picked some dresses out and had them in the room. This was extremely frustrating on the staff not supporting and changing rooms and still showing lack of consideration of how special picking out our bride's dress. Worst cust... read more
Most wonderful bridal shop on earth Jeanine made me feel so confident and beautiful.
The staff at Ivory Row Bridal made my first time dress shopping so much fun and stress free. They offered such a beautiful selection of dresses and even had stunning original designs created by the store owner. My consultant Alyssa did a fantastic job helping me narrow down the style I wanted. She was so kind and you could tell she loved her job. She listened carefully to my feedback after trying on each dress and she ended up pulling a dress I absolutely loved that I wouldn't have picked on my own without her help.
It was the best!!
