I had a few bad bridal gown shopping experiences and was stressed because I wasn't finding a dress that made me fall in love. I was literally crying before walking in to Ivory Rose and I was warmly welcomed and put at ease by Lauren. I'm a thick girl and they had a beautiful selection that actually came in my size or close to it. Lauren was very helpful with everything from dress and veil to seamstress and bra choice. Would definitely suggest to other brides
I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered just over $126 order from them for my daughter's wedding rehearsal and I never received order. I sent email and they don't seem to care. I opened a complaint and because I have nothing to show because I never recieved product I have nothing to fight with other than showing I paid and saying I never received product. So I guess now I go to reviews and will continue to randomly so people are aware that they have the worst customer service and I never received my order or a refund. ... read more
