First time here and will say that the staff here are amazing and so accommodating. Our first room had some issues and when brought to the staffs attention they were amazing in helping us find a nice room that suited us, nothing was too much to ask for. My theory is Customer service comes first and the staff here did NOT disappoint. I highly recommend here for a holiday with the family! Once more rooms are renovated it will be 5 star in my eyes!

Townhouse could use a bit of a upgrade like new carpets and the kitchen could use a upgrade but overall a nice place to visit. The hotel reception staff are very polite and helpful and the restaurant attached has some very nice meals . The pool area and kids activities were great. Very good location.

We stayed for my husbands birthday and it was definitely an experience. We booked through air bnb for 5 nights. Upon arrival at unit 13 it was quite disappointing, there was mold in the shower, insects in the shower and trying to cook was a hassle because dishes were not clean. Below standard of basics provided only provided with 1 bag liner to accommodate 6 people.
