This is the most beautiful bridal shop with gorgeous hand-picked dresses! I made an appointment a few weeks ago to try on dresses with my aunt and it was truly a special experience. Madison, our consultant was just amazing, so kind and very knowledgable about the dresses and designers. She really made this such a special day and relaxing/fun experience for us, that we will remember for years to come! I had the best experience at The Ivory Loft! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. Beth, the owner, is absolutely amazing! She truly listened to everything I was looking for and made the entire experience feel so personal and stress-free. I cannot recommend this place enough! I was nervous going into this just cause I was overwhelmed and didn’t know what I wanted, but when I say this was the most intimate and special moment, it truly was! They make you feel so comfortable and I swear within 5 minutes, I felt I knew the sweet lady helping us! Truly the best! It’s a gorgeous shop with a range of amazing designers. The girls who helped me to pick out my dress and then to pick up my dress were the kindest people, so helpful and patient! Ivory Loft is taking advantage of its customers. Buyer beware - take your business elsewhere! I’m very disappointed with my experience at this bridal shop. At the time of purchase, the cancellation policy was never clearly explained to us, and we were not informed about any strict no-cancellation terms before committing to such a major purchase.
