I cannot recommend this place enough! I was nervous going into this just cause I was overwhelmed and didn’t know what I wanted, but when I say this was the most intimate and special moment, it truly was! They make you feel so comfortable and I swear within 5 minutes, I felt I knew the sweet lady helping us! Truly the best! It’s a gorgeous shop with a range of amazing designers. The girls who helped me to pick out my dress and then to pick up my dress were the kindest people, so helpful and patient! They knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me find my dream dress. Can’t recommend Ivory Loft enough!
Ivory Loft is taking advantage of its customers. Buyer beware - take your business elsewhere! I’m very disappointed with my experience at this bridal shop. At the time of purchase, the cancellation policy was never clearly explained to us, and we were not informed about any strict no-cancellation terms before committing to such a major purchase. The Ivory Loft was the perfect place to go dress shopping. Beth and Jess were incredibly welcoming, kind, and they helped me figure out exactly what I wanted from a wedding dress. I could not have asked for a better experience!
