I recently purchased an Ivory homes in Sagewood. Brand new construction with a bad AC unit. This has been an ongoing problem. Do yourself a favor amd DONT buy an Ivory Homes lemon.
There homes are build too quick. be prepare for problems that won’t be resolve right away. Takes them a year or more to fix your issue.
The homes look beautiful butter made with low quality materials and they don't back up their warranty. An exterior outlet stopped working within two months. Flooring in the main area is already warping and I've been there for one and a half years
Changing Utah one house at a time
