Think again multiple times before you decide to buy or build a home with Ivory Homes. Very poor services and unprofessional staffs. I purchased a model home with them. Eventually they have to lease it back for 1-2 years because they needed to sell out all the lots, which this didn't mentioned in the beginning before signing the contract. Haydon in Ivory homes warranty is a pleasure to work with and is very responsive to the handful of warranty issues that we had after we moved into our house. It is nice to work with someone who cares.
If you are considering buying a home built by Ivory or building with Ivory.....DON'T! If you do decide to move forward with them then just know that they will cut corners and you will end up paying for it in the long run. A few years back, we purchased a home that was built by these frauds in 2007 and are now paying the consequences. We had a thorough home inspection done before we purchased which issues were found and fixed.
