I have been looked after at ivory hearing for 5 years. Shuey has always taken her time, explaining everything I need to know, regarding my hearing. My first set of hearing aids were great. I am now onto my second pair of hearing aids which have been fitted by Odette they are wonderful no more batteries, I just recharge each night. They fit perfectly into my ears , I don’t know I have them on sometimes. Nice and compact. Odette is a new at Ivory hearing but has the same attitude ,takes her time with you. Great team. Initially, I really didn't want hearing aids but after visiting Ivory Hearing and having the hearing test done by Shuey Lim, she made the very salient point that I was very good at lip reading. Fast forward a couple of years with six monthly checkups with Shuey and Odette where they check my hearing and adjust my aids and I have nothing but praise for their professional, friendly and caring service. Appreciated both audiologists at Ivory Hearing for their exceptional services and were super patient to my 3 yr old when examining his ears. They went the extra mile to comfort my 3 yr old as much as possible. Although my 3 yr old was too afraid to get his ear wax removed, we were given some alternatives/ suggestions to manage his ear wax in the meantime. Highly recommend them!

Lovely people to deal with who treat you as an individual with friendly and professional services.
