Today, I only came in for a dental exam and X-rays. The dentist was very rough and used the dental probe with a lot of force. After I got home, I noticed that a piece of my front tooth was missing. My tooth was fine before the appointment, and I am very upset about this.
Best dentist I’ve ever experienced. Courteous, clean, friendly and caring staff. Highly recommend to anyone!
First time here and was a wonderful experience! My dental hygienist Haley was absolutely amazing and I would Recommend her to anyone! For someone who doesn’t like to go to the dentist, I can say I enjoyed this appointment. I won’t be going anywhere else!
Came here for the first time today as I was recommended by my colleague. Holy cow best experience I have ever had. They were booked out for a while for cleaning but they got me In for a consultation about everything I need. I’m a patient person so I don’t really mind having to wait between appointments, but the service and communication is so worth it. I hated the dentist but I’m actually so excited to work them on my teeth.
I came as a new pt from Sage dental and I was sooo satisfied with the experience I had today! Sage kept informing me about my gum disease and I wanted to get a second opinion from Ivory dental. Dr. Yu said there was nothing wrong with my gums and did my cleaning so fast and comfortably! The entire staff was super pleasant as well and the office was super clean and modern. Happy I made the change for a new dentist 🙂
