Wedding dress shopping can be so stressful and I had a such great experience here both searching for my dress and picking it up once it arrived! The staff and owner are so friendly! I would highly recommend!

Ivory Bridal Boutique was the first shop I visited and they set the standards high. I really loved the intimate setting. All the associates were friendly and attentive (shout out to Dani who helped me try on multiple dresses and answered all my questions). Kacey, who is the owner, provided her personal contact information which made scheduling so easy. They also were very understanding and walked me through every detail of the process. Wonderful, friendly, and nice staff and gorgeous gowns. They went above and beyond on working with my daughter on finding the perfect gown.

I was so disappointed to hear about how horribly my friend’s daughter, a beautiful girl who is a 5’9 and a size 4, left this store in tears when this store incorrectly measured her for a dress which then required extensive and very expensive alterations. Even worse, when the dress arrived and she tried it on, the owner remarked that “she must have gained weight”. And never offering an apology is just inexcusable, and frankly devoid of even the most basic customer service skills! So disappointing!
