Kacy went above and beyond as a bridal boutique owner - not just for me, but even for my friend who didn’t buy her dress there! We both had issues with the same seamstress who unfortunately returned our dresses to us in poor shape. Kacy stepped in with so much kindness and professionalism. She herself personally removed the stains from my dress and even made sure my friend’s dress, which needed to be rushed, got to a trustworthy seamstress who was able to fix it in just a couple of days! Ivory Bridal Boutique was the first shop I visited and they set the standards high. I really loved the intimate setting. All the associates were friendly and attentive (shout out to Dani who helped me try on multiple dresses and answered all my questions).
