This was the worst experience ever. I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. I drove 45 minutes, extremely excited and hoping that I would find “the dress” for my wedding day. First, they couldn’t find my appointment, even though I have multiple texts and emails reminding me of the appointment and even one where I confirmed the appointment. Upper level management is rude and dishonest. Quoted price two times prior to pickup then increased significantly at pickup. Poor experience... would not recommend your kid to visit independently as the store owner takes advantage of these teenagers.
