My encounter with Ivory Bridal Boutique was a great experience from the moment I walked in and was greeted by Kate. Their stylist, Lisa guided me on design features, straps, fabric, and fit. She was extremely attentive to all my preferences and had helpful suggestions. We found the perfect dress for me as "mother of the groom" :) I had my first fitting with Margarida about two weeks ago. The service at Ivory Bridal Boutique was top-notch as I picked out my Mother of the Bride dress. Fran was patient and didn't make me feel rushed when I wanted to try on dresses for a second time. I highly recommend Ivory to any bride or mother!
I purchased my MOB dress here. The dress look wise was beautiful. I had it altered at the store with their seamstress. I got to the wedding and put my dress on and within less than 15 minutes my straps came off the dress and ended up having to safety pin them to it. I was so disappointed. You could see the safety pins. I called after the wedding and spoke with the owner and she didn’t apologize or offer to fix it or anything. This dress was not cheap. I should’ve been reimbursed for the alterations atleast.
I had the best experience at Ivory for my wedding gown! I worked with Kate and she was fantastic. I never felt pressured or rushed and it was overall great. I always tell people I went to Ivory and recommend it to all brides I talk too. Thank you!
I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at Ivory Bridal! From the moment I walked in, the ladies were incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive.
